Shipping Policy

Processing time on all orders and shipping options takes 2-3 business days. Shipping depends on the shipping method and can take between 3-10 business days. The Theater People are not responsible for any delays once it's shipped and the tracking number is provided, if applicable.

The Theater People will use USPS for most shipping and costs are dependent on USPS or whichever shipping company is used.

 

Shipping costs are subject to change without notice. Larger orders and/or products may use FedEx, UPS, etc. Tracking will be available for most orders.

Picking up from The Theater People directly will require a confirmation email to be shown to the person who helps you. You will be emailed when your product is available for pick up and you must confirm a time to receive it. Pick-ups will likely NOT be on the same day the order is placed.

Return Policy

Most products can be returned within 30 days. If there are any issues with your product, please call or email The Theater People as soon as possible. After 30 days, The Theater People cannot accept the return for a replacement or refund. The 30 days begins once the product is delivered.

The products must be returned in their original packaging or they will not be accepted.

Inspect your product as soon as you receive it. Confirm all pieces are included. If anything is missing, call or email The Theater People as soon as possible to replace the product or have the missing component sent to you.

The Theater People may reject a return if they feel the product was mishandled, misused, or intentionally damaged.
